Selection and delivery of photos

  • On the same day of the photo session, I will send you 3 to 15 photo previews to satisfy your curiosity.*
  • Within 5 to 3 business days** after the photoshoot, the photographs will be pre-selected and presented in an online gallery for your selection, in accordance with the quantity of photos included in the package. Additional photos can be purchased at a rate of 15€ to 3€ each, depending on the number of pictures chosen.
  • Within 5 to 3 business days** after your choice, the delivery of the selected and edited photos is done through a download link.
  • Photos are provided only in digital format. The delivery of printed photos or albums can be arranged upon request.


* The number of screenshots depends on the pack chosen. They are for viewing purposes only, they don't have sufficient quality or my autorisation to be posted on social media. Feel free to post any final picture after the delivery of full material has been made.

** The number of business days depends on the pack chosen. This is the maximum timeframe. Typically, the delivery of both gallery and retouched photos happens earlier than that]

Retouch

  • Retouching includes adjustments to lighting, color, contrast, framing and removal of small elements.
  • It does not include the removal of big elements such as passersby in the background of the photo, altering body shapes, or skin treatment [beauty retouch], but you can request this type of treatment on any selected photos, at an extra cost.


People per shoot


  • There is no limit to the number of participants per session.
  • Please note that the more people, the less the photo session time is utilised. I recommend a minimum of a 2-hour session for groups with more than 4 people.


Locations per shoot

  • There is no specific number of locations per session. Obviously, the shorter the session time, the fewer locations can be covered. In a one-hour session, we can photograph at the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, for example (approximately 12 minutes by subway). 
  • Travel time is considered part of the photoshoot time, and the cost of the chosen mode of transportation is not included.

Outfit changes

  • There is no limit to the number of outfit changes per session.
  • Please note that the more clothing changes, the less the photo session time is utilised


Payment


  • Payments can be made via bank transfers (European bank accounts), Wise transaction or credit card (+5% fee).
  • A 30% advance payment is required to reserve the date on the calendar.
  • The remaining 70% is due on the day of the photoshoot, using the same methods mentioned above or in cash.


Reschedule

  • You can reschedule the session at any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, depending on my availability.
  • In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the reservation will not be refunded.
  • It is possible to reschedule the photo session without any fees less than 48h before the schedule time, only in accordance with the weather conditions. 


Cancellation

  • In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, the reservation payment will be fully refunded.
  • In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the reservation will not be refunded.


Delays

  • The shoot time begins to count from the scheduled time and not from the time of your arrival at the location; therefore, delays will not be refunded.

Meeting point

  • The meeting point is determined based on each chosen location, and you are required to independently travel there (I can advise you on the best itinerary).
  • I will always arrive 5 minutes in advance for an alignment of expectations discussion with you.
  • If the meeting point is at your accommodations, there is a €50 fee. I will arrive early enough to ensure enough travel time until the location and the scheduled photoshoot time.

Additional fees

Photoshoot

• Add 100€ if the chosen time is the first of the day, as it is the best for shooting without crowds.

• Add 50€/hour for a night shoot [requires an assistant to direct the flash].

The assistant can also be requested throughout the day to carry bags, shopping bags, coats, and extra outfits.

• Weekend shoots: add 50% on the final package price.

• Shoots on December 24th and 31st: add 70% on the final package price.

• Shoots on December 25th and January 1st: add 90% on the final package price.


Delivery

• Urgent pack for photos selected by me, retouched and delivered on the same day: 25€/photo.

• Urgent pack with online gallery for you to choose photos to be retouched and delivered on the same day: 50€ for gallery creation + 25€/photo chosen.

• High-end retouching [removing many people in the background, skin retouching, body shape modifications]: 20€/photo.

• Discounts for purchasing additional photos:

01 to 03 extra photo - full price: 15€/photo

04 to 07 extra photos - 40% discount: 9€/photo

08 to 11 extra photos - 60% discount: 6€/photo

12 to 20 extra photos - 70% discount: 4,5€/photo

21 extra photos or more - 80% discount: 3€/photo

• extra photos without retouch: 1.50€/photo [minimum of 20 pictures]

Meeting point

  • 50€ if the chosen meeting point is at your accommodation.
